Location = Brejenjas, Torres Vedras

The proposed building has a rectangular layout, with a porch marking the entrance. Inside, there is a large open-space garage, which provides access to a support toilet and an enclosed storage area, which ensures the safety and integrity of the most portable work equipment. The utility and storage areas have openings to the outside, ensuring natural lighting and ventilation of the spaces.

Volume-wise, the proposed building has simple lines, drawing a parallelepiped covered with a dark grey ribbed sandwich panel, which contrasts with the void created by the porch, covered with a smooth, light grey panel. The openings are marked by a metal frame, finishing it off.

Regarding soil permeability, it is proposed to apply a “pavé” type pavement or equivalent in the access areas, while the rest of the land will remain as “natural”.

Main terrace on the 1st floor.
